anything goes challenge blog- Boyz to Men

Good afternoon ,Welcome to another anything goes challenge
and this fortnights theme is Boyz to Men. Personally I'm not
a big fan of making men's cards only because I can't add
all the pretty flowers and ribbon embellishments .For this
card I used lily of the valley stamp - gone fishing and the paper
are Bo Bunny Vicky B 6x6 paper pad available from craft den
I know it's sounds like a girlie paper pad but I thought these
coloured worked well for a male themed card .

I coloured the image using copics and added some faux stitching with
a white gel pen,the button I had in my stash and I stamped a boy sentiment
and embossed with clear embossing powder to give it a glazed effect (sorry
this is a bit hard to see from the photo). I will list what I used at end of this post.
Please pop over to the fab DT ladies blogs to see what wonderful creations
they've come up with ,and don't forget to check out the Craft den for all your
crafting goodies

                                 What I used

Copics - available from the craft den
Bo Bunny Vicky B paper pack- craft den
Lily of the valley- Gone fishing
Card candi -craft den
twine ,button,white gel pen

Hi Emma

I love your card for a boy.... they're so difficult to do aren't they? I'm with you on not being able to put flowers and ribbons... so I don't do them often!

But this is fab.... perfect design and colour choice for that lovely LOTV image!

Hi Emma,
This card is perfect. The colouring and the papers are just right. I find it so hard to stop myself adding flowers when I make man cards. Thanks for your sweet comments on my blog.
